Agreements defined the terms and clauses for both pai9 and affiliates which must be abide by during the course of cooperation. By the agreement, ‘Customer’ means players who open new live account, make deposits, have betting and withdrawal records. Referees and existing members can not become the referred customers. We will assist in registering your customers and track of their betting records. Pai9 reserves the rights to refuse special affiliates (or to close their accounts) if necessary.

Rights and Obligations for Pai9

1. Register Your Customer

We will register your Customers and track their transactions. By opening an account with us, they will become our customers and, accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures will be applied to them. We reserve the right to refuse customers (or to close their accounts) if necessary.

2. ‘Customer’ Definition

’Customer’ means your visitors who join in our customer database (by way of registering at one or more of our products/websites) after arriving at the applicable site(s) via one of your click-thru URLs, which will be provided to you when you join us, made deposits, have betting and withdrawal records. Referees and existing members can not become the referred customers.

3. Pay Commission

Pai9.net will pay the affiliates 30% of net profits from his referred customers, with promotions, members’ bonus and administration fees deducted.

4.Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement or replace it at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site, which we will email you the notice at the e-mail address you provided when you join the Affiliate plan. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available Referral Commissions and Affiliate plan rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the referral plan following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the modification or of the new agreement.

Your Rights and Obligations

1. You must be responsible for selling and promotion.

Pai9.net makes the profit maximization. All of our rules, policies, and operating procedures will be applied to you when you are selling or doing the promotion. As the premise, affiliates should be solely responsible for the extra charge and should not be against any applicable laws.

2.Link to our websites

You can link to Pai9.net with any of banners, e-mails, articles or a text link.

3. Responsibility for Your Website

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website and all materials appear on your website. For example, you will be solely responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous and illegal. We disclaim all liability for these matters. Further, you should guarantee and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees) arising directly or indirectly out of the development, operation, maintenance, and contents of your site.

4. Minimum Referral Requirement

All affiliates are required to refer at least five Members (Five independent members) to activate the account and earn the corresponding commission.

5. Track Customers' bets

We will track your customers' bets. You can also check your recommended customer’s betting and your commission by login the affiliate’s area.

6. Special Terms

1）The existing members cannot be the referred member.
2）The affiliate cannot become a referred member of his own.
3）True customers are defined as players who made deposits, buy real money chips, have the betting record and withdrawal records at Pai9.net.
4）Each natural person can only open one affiliate account.
5）Upon any suspection of cheating acts on commission by affiliates, Pai9.net will deduct the capital and close his affiliate account.
6）Partner accounts name can not be changed, please use the real name to apply for partner accounts.
7）The partner can not be the follower under own partner account.
8）If with the same ip/same name/same payment account only become follower under one partner.
9）special reason: if followers' line can not show in the management space of partner, you can declare who followers' line after opened account within 24 hours.

Commission

1. Calculate Commission Affiliate Commission=Net profits from the referred members*30%;

the affiliates can get 30% (up to 33%) of net profits from its referred members from Pai9.net. Definition of net profit：The amount of profit Pai9 earned from your active referred members, with the special offers, promotions, rebate bonuses and administration fees deducted. Administration fee=(deposit amount + withdrawal amount）*3% （B and C grade affliates will get a discount of 50% for the administration fee).

2. Pay Commission

Pai9.net will pay you the corresponding commission in accordance with the agreement. Pai9.net will make the settlement on fifth of every month if the amount is above 100 USD (or 800 RMB). If it is below 100 USD (or 800 RMB), Pai9 will pay you when your accumulation is above 100 USD (or 800 RMB).

3. Payment Method

Choices for you to get the commission: Moneybookers, Paypal, bank telegraph transfer(It is affiliates’ duty to pay any charge). If you choose to transfer directly to your pai9.net account, you are exempt from any charge.

4. The name of affiliate must be same as that of your bank account.

The true name of affiliates must be same as that of your bank account. Otherwise, Pai9.net might get the affiliates to provider any necessary information or documents to verify his identity.

5.Deduction and payment of the commission

Upon a negative monthly commission amount, the equal amount will be deducted from the positive commission amount of next month. If your monthly commission amount or total unpaid amount is above 100 USD (or 800 RMB), you will get paid that month.

The agreement shall become effective as of the date you apply to join us. Affiliates can terminate the agreement anytime with not less than seven days prior witten notice to Pai9. You can e-mail us at info@pai9.net.net. Pai9.net have the right to terminate the contract anytime without any notice if there is any violation by the affiliates under this agreements.

2. Confidentiality

During the term of this Agreement, you will be entrusted with confidential information relating to our business, operations, or underlying technology and/or the Affiliate plan (for example, Referral Commissions earned by you under the Affiliate plan). You agree to avoid disclosure or unauthorized use of any such confidential information to third persons or parties unless you got our prior written consent and use the confidential information for the purpose of further the purpose of the agreement. Your obligations with respect to confidential information shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

3. Terminate Agreement without Any Conditions

Pai9 will terminate this Agreement immediately without any conditions if you take on any forms of spamming to advertise our services. You can not make any claims or statements, or give any warranties, at the same time; you are not authorized to bind us to any obligations.

4. Relationship

Pai9 and affiliates are independent contractors. Neither party with the agreement is authorized to act as an agent for, legal representative of, licensed operator, partnership, incorporation, or employee of or with the other party.

5. Disclaimer

Concerning the affiliate plan, we made no guarantee on the uninteruption or error-proof of our site. So we will not be liable for these kind of accidental issues when it occurs.

6. Governing law

This Agreement shall be in all respects, governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any law behavior relating to this Agreement must be brought to Philippines government. You should acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You need to evaluate independently your willingness in participating this affiliate plan and are not relying on any other representation, guarantee, or statement. You are deemed definitely agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement when you are downloading our banners or articles to create a link from your website to ours.
